The Family of Minks
I was sitting in the stones by the sea going to take some pictures of the beach and the scenery, when all of a sudden these cute creatures starts showing their head up in between the stones all around me.
I soon forgot all about the beach and the scenery and found myself sitting there on a stone talking to my new friends, and they talked back to me. People walking by must think I'm crazy sitting there talking to the stones.

wow.. and cute! Some people I noticed have pets of this kind of creature Ferrets. I've seen them on video. What is crazy is how long this has been going on. Because even Da Vinci painting had one in it of which I did a version of. It is on my blog but back in June 2017. so I will put it here for you to see it.
I knew people had this minks and ferrets for pets, but I didn't know Da Vinci had one, thank you for letting me know :) nice painting btw!
Wow, I never saw a wild mink. Just in zoos. They look sweet? We have ground hogs, squirrels, mice and more in my area. They are probably all related. In the cities they have ickky rats. LOL I love groundhogs, but it is not safe to pet a wild one.
I know I have taken photos myself of groudhogs, but I didn't know where they were, so I found one that is ok to share with you!
We live in Pennsylvania. Groundhogs are part of our culture, and there is a yearly groundhog day to tell us how long the rest of the winter will be. http://www.groundhog.org/about/about-groundhog-day/

We don't have groundhogs here, but I've seen some when I was in Canada. here we have , minks, polecats, ferrets, stoats, pine marten. I believe all of them are from the weasel family, not sure tho... I will for sure go visit my new mink friends some other time, and maybe get some more pictures of them.
