They say that if you live in the past, you do not let go of it, then you do not allow yourself to develop, to go forward. The soul at the same time constantly underestimates its vibration or frequency. You need to let go of the past, live in the present and a little bit of the future, and then everything will be normal. But I, too, cannot let go of the past, but in my own way. I occasionally recall and even dive into different periods of my past life. I do it sometimes consciously, in order to feel as much as possible in the present and love it. It looks strange, but I show myself to the past how cool it is in the present, that is, in the future for the past for me. Due to this, I exalt myself in the present and do not want to return to the past.

Landing vibrations also occurs during illness. Even a disease sometimes reconfigures frequencies and after recovery you can reach a new level in creative and spiritual planes.

I just experienced the disease yesterday. I have not been ill with a cold so much and for a long time. When you are sick, you often begin to recall the past, but there are no fresh thoughts at all. Well, right, the frequency of the soul has decreased and she simply has nowhere to get new information from.

And now I'm on the mend and again thoughts began to appear. But wasn’t there a reconfiguration to a new level? Time will tell.

Today I dreamed how I felt the whole city as a whole. It's hard to describe in words, but you can feel it. It’s a pity so far only in a dream. Maybe this is that new level?
