I can totally see this in front of me on brown rice.
As to video, if do video, I'm thinking that a cooking show would be your strong suit. Have a look at The Galloping Gourmet on YouTube to see a great example of a cooking show. I don't know if you'd do a live audience, but Graham Kerr sure knew how to bring humor to cooking.
Anyway, great presentation. I really admire your work.
