Natural Beauties In Pink -

Amazing to think that these beautiful pink lilies, arrive with their beauty, every March, out in the open grassland, where they get no extra care at all.

They pop up out of he grass, to reveal their beauty.

When they have finished flowering, they leave a spiked elegant ball, of papery bark, with the seeds at the end of each stem.

The wind then takes this dried candelabra, with seeds in tact, and propagates them by rolling to another area.

Also pretty dried, for dry floral arrangements.

The Candelabra Lily, has two pink shade variations, some have a coral tinge, and others are in pale pink.

The Brunsvigia, is not suited to a garden setting but grows wild, in the wide open spaces among tufts of grass.
