Thanks, Seth! It's all lightpainting. I was pulled just off the side of the highway, knee deep in snow. I had to keep the Jeep's lights off because the red taillights ruined the long exposures, so I was light painting in between cars and running back to turn on the car's lights every time I heard a car coming, so they would see mine in plenty of time.
Hot damn! That sounds like quite the operation! Totally worth it too, cause this is gorgeous.
