Trip to France - Part 21 - Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, Lyon
One of the best covered markets in France. This is not one of those covered markets that could be grouped under the banner of a normal French market as the produce is upmarket and the range somewhat limited.
The quality of the produce is superb, especially if you are a lover of seafood, sweetened fruit, wines and chocolates.
Then there was the seafood, Had lunch at Chez George, but you could chose any of a great variety of places and still be happy with the seafood. The Madagascar shrimps were sweet and well prepared. If you like oysters as I do, it was pure heaven.
