Is It Christmas Yet? Not Yet, Only One More Day Bud!
“Is it today?” says Jerry as he tilts his head and perks an ear. "I can smell something in this pile of colorful things for me!" he suggests with a sniff at the gifts, "one more day bud" I keep telling him but he keeps sitting there looking at me wondering why we gotta wait?
This is by far the most gifts we have had to open in many years, Mel went on a bit of a Amazon spree being the first year without debt in just as many.
Today is our 3 year anniversary from when I proposed, what a mess that day was! Plans for the day did not work out, I had hidden the ring in our Christmas tree hoping Mel would find it but instead I found she had taken a picture in front of the tree but never even noticed the ring 😅. I fumbled over my words spitting out “Be Mine” in the end with and arm load of groceries LMFAO. Obviously she said yes and till be a forever memory I’m sure she will never forget.
