Amazing Outback: Emu is joining us for the campfire (silhouette photo)
The sunset was almost finished and the temperature was starting to drop so we had a little campfire going to keep us warm. I guess the emu had the same idea and decided to join us. Over 30 minutes he came closer and closer to a point where the emu was next to us at the campfire. What and experience. Those moments in life teaches you how important it is to take break and enjoy life without technology.
After that night we found out that the emu was abandon by its family when it was little and was found by the farmer. The farmer raised the emu but in a way where it was taught to be independent, which still finds food etc in the wild.
I have to admit this is one of my favorite photo taken this year with my phone.
