Here i am posting my second post, with some photographer which help you to get a clear Image of Kolkata while all Images had been clicked by me. But before moving on i like to give a Little bit of history about Kolkata City, ok i will not go with a rough history because earlier i also hate history especially those historical date's , on school day's remembering a single date of history are the most hardest thing in my life. As i can't remember historical dates easily, do you guy's had the same problem like me?

Ok i will not take too long, coming on point, Kolkata is also known as Calcutta, is the capital of Indian state of Westbengal and it's located in eastern India on the east bank side of river hoogly. It was a colonial city developed by the British East India Company and then by the British Empire. Earlier Kolkata is the capital of British East India Company, until 1911 when the capital was relocated to Delhi. Even kolkata had shown a great revolutionary part on the struggle towards the Independence of India such as Ram Mohan Roy, Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Sister Nividita, Subash Chandra Bose etc. These all are the name of those respected person who where known by their struggle towards their Country (India) there are lots of thing's which make Kolkata not only a city, it gives a felling of heritage place not only for local people's it is also famous towards tourist also.

So here are some Images which i tried to capture with a felling of heritage life.

This is the most famous tourist spot in Kolkata, known as Howrah Bridge. If you are thinking to travel towards India then please try to come Kolkata it will give a felling of joy with an symbol of British empire.

As India is Know by a place with religion, peace and colours of festival, just like this Kolkata is known for Durga Puja. It is an anual hindu festival in the Indian subcontinent that reveres the goddess Durga.
Durga Puja festival marks the battle of goddess Durga with the shape-shifting, deceptive and powerful buffalo demon Mahishasura, and her emerging victorious. The festival run for 4 days and those 4days the people of Kolkata didn't try to sleep as it is a great festival for them. On those 4 days Kolkata is fully decorate with lights and joy, where main people form a puja pandal by spending lots of money. So if you are thinking to take a look of this beautiful festival then you definitely need to come on the month of first week of october.

This is the most attracted ans famous tourist spot in kolkata not not this it show a life of heritage which make the city of Kolkata as an City of joy. This place is knows as Victoria Memorial, the Victoria Memorial is a large marble building. Which was built between 1906 and 1921, this place is dedicated towards the Queen Victoria yup!! you heard right this place is dedicated towards the memory of Queen Victoria. In January 1901, on the death of Queen Victoria, the 1st Baron Curzon of Kedleston (later created The 1st Marquess Curzon of Kedleston), the then Viceroy of India, suggested the creation of a fitting memorial. Lord Curzon proposed the construction of a grand building with a museum and gardens.
Later King George V laid the foundation stone on 4 January 1906, and it was formally opened to the public in 1921.

This is the place for those who are in love with nature and this place of Kolkata will give a great feeling for nature lovers and the name of this beautiful place is Rabindra sarobar lake here the lake word simply means an artificial lake.The name also refers to the area surrounding the lake. It is flanked by Southern Avenue to the North, Rashbehari Avenue(Russa Road) to the West, Dhakuria to the East and the Kolkata Suburban Railway tracks to the south.
In now days this artificial lake is surrounded with Plants and varieties of trees, and you won't believe this artificial lake is surrounded with 73 acers (300,000m).

If you are a party lover or Sisha lover then believe me Kolkata will rock you from the depth of your nerve, here I'm not supporting any kind of tabacoo but still Kolkata is now only by the heritage it's also known for it's night life, for it's party life and this is why Kolkata is also known as City of Joy.
