Shots From Long Neck, DE and Paradise Island
Had ourselves a relaxing "holiday" for once hanging with our feet in the Indian River Bay for some good time in the sunshine.
Blessed with beautiful weather for the weekend. Drone shots are always a must when traveling to new places.
Those sandy, curved shorelines are where the folks gather during the hot summer days to chill out.
And on the other side of the "island" is the Paradise Bar. Which is where the folks gather at night to be entertained with live music and drinks on the sandy dance floor.
Beautiful Place. Very serene.
Lots of boat activity and jet skis about playing in the play.
The big stage facing the bay had live music playing at all times it seemed.
The bridge off in the distance several miles is the divider between the bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
The "island" we stayed on isn't quite an island but rather a peninsula with a small strip of land connecting.
In the distance, separated by the water, very large beach homes sit besides the emerald plains of the local links basking in the setting suns glow. A picturesque location for one to call home.
Although I am sure the feelings may differ in times of harsher weather.
James sure enjoyed the beach too, playing in the sand for the first time in his young life.
I am sure he will miss the bay too. Even if he doesn't completely remember, moments will be saved in his mind that he will hopefully recall later on.
Take care yall!
I pray to Heavenly Father.
Exciting that landscape to travel as a family, a total blessing ...

These are some great views! I like those houses at water but I wonder how it is when the weather is not that ideal. They are so close to water.
I wish I had a drone but we cannot use it at so many places here that I wonder if it's worth it.
Looks like you had a great day with your family and I'm sure that James loves the beach too!
Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day!
