🔹 The skyscraper reaches a height of 1,396 ft (425.5 m) with 96 floors 🔹
🔸 To negate the effects of wind vortex loading, the structure utilizes two tuned mass dampers along with openings every 12 floors to enable distributed air flow🔸
🔹Architect Rafael Viñoly designed the residential skyscraper with inspiration from Austrian architect Josef Hoffmann’s 1905 Gitterwerk wastepaper basket 🔹
