Grilled fish "Eungkot Panggang"

easy to make this grilled fish, maybe you want to try it. I will share a little about the knowledge of grilled fish, this might be useful for all of you.
You only need to prepare fish, onions, salt, lime and soy sauce. the fish is cleaned and sprinkled with a little salt if the fish has been cleaned.
maybe you also have to prepare charcoal or wood to burn fish. if it is ready, it can be burned then you can prepare the available ingredients.
Shallots are sliced if you can add a little chili, so it tastes savory on the tongue. then you can mix with prepared ingredients.
