🍹 VERMOUTH - BANDARRA 🍹

Today we will talk about a very young Vermouth, the Bandarra's Vermouth.
It's originally from Penedés (Catalonia), in the little town of Santa Fe, are the Bodegas Martí Serdá. It Founded in the year 1986, they elaborate their brews in a very traditional way, although without renouncing modern methodologies.
The Bandarra is born in 2016 from a white wine, which is subjected to a long maceration with approximately 50 extracts of flowers, herbs, natural spices and seeds such as licorice, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, anise, rosemary, bay leaf, chamomile, bitter orange, hops... This maceration is finished in 500 liter oak boots.
It is a mahogany tone vermouth, with orange reflections, very clean and dense. Reach the 15 degrees of alcohol.
Regaliz and citrus hints predominate in its aromas. The entrance to the palate is sweet and very soft.
It undoubtedly maintains the balance of sweetness and bitterness essential in all vermouth.
