「市政会館と空」＋α　"Municipal administration hall and Sky" + α

日比谷公会堂と市政会館は同じ建物なので「日比谷公会堂と空」でも良かったのですが、こっち側は「市政会館」なので少しタイトルにこだわってみました。

Hibiya Public Hall and Municipal Hall were the same building, so it was good even for "Hibiya public hall and sky", but since this side is "Municipal administration Hall," I tried to stick to the title a bit.
