In a superficial way, I can infer that Tantra is a millenarian doctrine and practice that is based on the search for "Spiritual Fullness", with satisfactory material fulfillment (its philosophy is based on religious and esoteric Buddhist and Hindu texts and rituals) .

Therefore, according to the detailed by various specialized texts on the subject, the "Hindu Tantras" were written during the medieval period (collecting dialogues between God Siva and his partner); with many modern "aggregates".

Tantra

Conceptually, Tantra or Tantrism is defined as an esoteric ideology and practice, based on the delight felt by the person, caused by the material and corporal desire, with a clear objective of mental and spiritual growth and development.

Therefore, it is considered a philosophy of life, which uses the energy of the person in conjunction with the energy of the universe, to achieve the ideal connection with oneself, with the people who surround us, with nature and with God, in the physical and spiritual planes (intrinsic relationship of mass and energy).

Similarly, we have the etymology of the word "Tantra" (tissue, characteristic feature, doctrine and rule for continuous improvement towards luminosity), which can serve us for its interactive relationship with the "Secret Mantra" and its meaning of "protection of the mind"; both being methods that must be practiced with great discretion, zeal and responsibility, to avoid oppositions, toxic attacks and obstacles; while we are in search of full enlightenment and of the desired state of lasting peace and happiness.

In addition, it is evident that the philosophy and practice of "Tantra" is based on pretending to train us to progress and grow materially, while we walking the best path of spiritual growth and protecting our mind from appearances, banalities, hypocrisies, taboos, fanaticisms, selfishness, nonsense, ordinary conceptions, evils, pettiness, phobias, hatreds, resentments and vices; among other negative aspects of humans.

Tantric Friendship

Particularly, I infer that in both Buddhism and Hinduism, and even in modern Western deformations, the "Tantric" is a beautiful path of continuous improvement to achieve intellectual enlightenment, love of wisdom and due growth, both material as spiritual.

That is to say, through Tantra, one can categorically and pragmatically categorize the fusion of male and female energies, to be incorporated into the satisfactory friendly union of the people; in such a way, that an optimum possible synergy can be reached, to achieve the greatest material, spiritual and social benefit of all those engaged in a circle of friends; and that in turn power, the greatest spiritual and individual elevation of each of the friends.

In this sense, I risk defining the "Tantric Friendship" as the relationship of empathy, affection and trust, mutual, consensual and fraternal, between two or more people who come together based on love, honor, honesty, loyalty , ethics and the solid principles and values of genuine morality and equity; with the common purpose of positively evolving all together (therefore, it is especially recommended for marriage and marital relationships, because unfortunately today most couples lack such characteristics).

It is noteworthy that although in the "Tantric Friendship" clear rules are followed, they are not strict nor should they be imposed as norms, nor for definitions or criticisms of good or evil; in fact, all that is required is to be more conscious every day, "mature", intelligent, loving, with greater self-esteem and mentally emptied of all negative things both past and present; to then be filled in the future with the positive of the noble being together, friendly and enlightened.

The practice of "Tantric Friendship", aims to benefit the elevation of self-esteem by the simple fact that people manage to feel better; in addition, a greater strength is fostered to face life, and more easily achieve personal improvement in communion of friends, who seek the enlightenment of thought and a better understanding of each person by themselves, in harmonious, trusting relationship of the one for the other and in closer and personally pleasant communication.

Similarly, it is considered that the energy generated through the practice of Tantra, is essential to be oriented in a productive, constructive, with much responsibility, discipline and honesty. The above is based on the fact that in the context of the Tantric Friendship, no person belongs or owns the truth or the dreams of the other, nor of their realities; therefore, no one has the right or the reasons to give or take liberties or to pretend to dominate the other.

Tantric Sex

As an example of the previously explained, I mention the "Tantric Sex", based on the tantric friendship of a couple or stable marriage; that is configured seriously by the mode of relaxation, breathing, wisdom and friendly, loving and passionate relationship of the couple; associated with tantric eroticism, fairness and fidelity, whose doctrine yields with tenderness to the "mundane" pleasures of sexual activity satisfaction, in order to later reach the "spiritual fullness" "divine" as a harmonious partner.

However, it must be taken into account that Tantric Sex does not only focus on the genitals or intercourse of the couple; because, in reality, its true focus is directed to all parts of the body, in all senses, sensations, thoughts, words, actions and in the kisses and caresses necessary for full enjoyment; during the sexual amalgamation of man and woman, in that natural loving encounter and their special treatment of continuous love, previous and subsequent to the sexual act.

That is to say, the Tantric Sex indicates a utopian and utilitarian, material and spiritual approach, giving and receiving, equitable and harmonious; depending on the sexual energy of both individuals to achieve full ecstasy, in all senses of the couple, with honesty, without previous judgments and without superiority or selfish or fussy enjoyment of one gender over the other, or distinction between the beautiful and the ugly, or good and bad; therefore, everything natural is allowed in the consent of a couple, both the material desire, and the enjoyment of both and the multiple orgasms of varied flavors, among others; until achieving satisfaction with the corporal, mental and spiritual fullness.
