THE BLACK & WHITE HYPOTHESIS --THE NATURAL NUDGE THAT HUMANS ARE MEANT TO UNITE
© Jodekss
I understand even from the topic alone, there might be some evaluation popping up your sensitive mind that this must be tackling RACISM, based on the colour of the skin. Well, to make known the fact, I cannot say you are right or wrong at this tender point; but before I go way too deep into this The Black & White Hypothesis which is the mainstay, I would like to tip the information years back, I published a very similar hypothesis, The Black Hypothesis, though a rough one as it is not explicit enough, on my blog. In case of any necessity, you could try and stop by to explore my world on there.
There are many things which are purely natural which happen around us or should I say, they happen under our noses but we fail to notice and reason their benefits for us. In other words, there is countless number of inquisitions we can actually give perfect responses to in spic if we could try to concentrate and reason. But majority of us cannot. Why? The reason is that we are way too often distracted by the material world in selfishness other than seeing the endless merits in the natural world around which had been right from the beginning of time itself.
Let's together envisage the actualities of BLACK as a colour first and in its great faculty, we shall together again make ourselves understand what we all have probably been missing.
Black to me is a unique colour from which every form of colour EXCEPT ITSELF could as well become unique. Based on the Biblical inference out of several other inferences, the first chapter, GENESIS, and the verse of the Christian Bible explains there was 'BLACKNESS' first and from it, "...there was light..." And that is the 'genesys' of how everything began in unorthodox. This is a literal evidence and lying in religion, I understand; but the fact that even without the Biblical documentation about the same, in practice, creative entities, graphic designers, photographers, spiritualists, artists, fashion designers, writers, light workers, and the likes would know this is the whole truth.
Let's together act if say we had a blackboard right in front of us. You were the teacher and I was the student ready to copy some note to read at home or so. You, the teacher, without purpose picked the wrong marker while leaving your office for the class. And the marker picked writes in black, not in any other colour. After you had explained the concepts offhand to wow me you were good, you decided to write on the blackboard. You wrote on the blackboard next, of cause, the black marker worked to your face. But I, your pupil could not see what you had written as big as your handwriting could be on blackboards. You hit your forehead for having mistaken a white marker for the black marker. You were angry and left back for your office to make things right. Then I had to wait seated, looking at the board but yet could not see a thing of what you had written (and I would probably chuckle and say that you are losing it).
Why could I not see a thing of what you have written? Why were you angry and had to rush out of the class to make things right? There is only one answer to those: It is because something is missing and/ or not right. Black on black, black with black, black in black, black of black, black within black, black around black will only equals to black. Please, where is the beauty in the 'night' which fell and in the 'morning' that never came? Imagining a natural phenomenon like that? What you would be seeing would be pandemonium of the highest order, as it would imply time's lost its course or something worse.
Let's together envisage the actualities of WHITE as a second colour and in its great faculty, we shall together again make ourselves understand what we all have probably been missing.
White to me is unique as black is. There is no difference between the two as far as I am reasonably concerned. This is because, again based on Biblical documentation, for white to have been able to come out of black, that implies white had been in black but not just obvious. In order words, for RAIN to have fallen yesterday implies, even though, today and now, the CLOUDS seem quite quiet and static up in the sky, there is RAIN inside the CLOUDS which shall fall later because it fell yesterday. Is that not amazing? Is that not miracle? Is that not astonishing? And is that not unique? I believe you can relate.
For easy understanding of where I am going, I would love to maintain semblance in analogy. Hence, let's together act if say we had a whiteboard right in front of us. You were the teacher and I was the student ready to copy some note to read at home or so. You, the teacher, without purpose picked the wrong marker while leaving your office for the class. And the marker picked writes in white, not in any other colour. After you had explained the concepts offhand to wow me you were good, you decided to write on the whiteboard. You wrote on it next of cause, the white marker worked to your face. But I, your pupil could not see what you have written as big as your handwriting could be on whiteboards. You hit your forehead for having mistaken a black marker for the white marker.
White on white, white with white, white in white, white of white, white within white, white around white will only equals to white. Please, where is the beauty in the 'morning' which 'left' and in the 'night' that will never fall? Imagining a natural phenomenon like that? What you would be seeing would be pandemonium of the highest order, as it would imply time's lost its course or something worse.
Aye, at this juncture, I am revealing the core of this is to try and make us, from different setting, background, ethics, philosophy, race, colour, history and the like understand the need to value the other party from wherever the person is, of whatever the philosophy the person has brought himself or herself up with/through. You are unique, the Yin; I am unique, the Yang. Therefore, we are both equal as long as we are being as human beings.
I am sure at this point, my point to your mind has taken an unexpected turn as I have generalised my intent. I am a black boy, in fact, I am a proud Nigerian. If I had stated this prior, if you had not known my identity that way before, well you could have been guessing so along the line or guessing close to that along the line. My intent is past focusing on racism on just the colour of the skin. There is racism even among us blacks and so there is among those who are whites on different notions we cannot finish numbering.
The first analogy I will use is what is common to every human material who ever walked the earth, in any geographical location. So, whether you are an American or a Nigerian. The same thing applies, Nature. Instances of nature are what I am using. And they are day and night, again.
Let's say today night falls and on the clock tomorrow, when it is aught for morning to have dawned, it is still night, what do you think will happen in your society? Reverse the case, what do you think would happen in any society? This thus explains the fact that the blend of the Yin with the Yang is the only how we can achieve BEAUTY (in UNITY) but the otherwise is the how we can achieve BEAST (in DISUNITY). In continuation, it is necessary to value the beauty in the principal colours, BLACK & WHITE. It is only when they can manage and tolerate each other that beauty will come and peace and progress will pervade. Anything outside that is VOID and meaningless.
The second analogy is the same I have used before but now perfected. In its light we would see, it's in the coming together of black & white that perfection can be reached. Nothing is perfect actually, as in the perfection lies imperfection but wherever the black is lacking, the white is filling and vis-a-vis. When that is happening, what more do we need than that as the definition of actual perfection in any form of relationship?
Let's together act if say we had a blackboard right in front of us. You were the teacher and I was the student ready to copy some note to read at home or so. You, the teacher, without purpose picked the right marker while leaving your office for the class. And the marker picked writes in white, not in any other colour. After you had explained the concepts offhand to wow me you were good, you decided to write on the blackboard. You wrote on the blackboard next, of cause, the white marker worked to your face. I was able to read and was about to write note down in my notebook. You were happy you did well in the class and I was happy I had learnt well in the class as well - symbiosm. We are both good. No need for you to hit your forehead, be angry or dash out back to your office to correct any mistake. No need for me to yuck nor be sad I am not learning adequately. The flow appears perfect without void that way. What more is necessary?
My The Black & White Hypothesis is to use the powers capable in the two principal colours philosophically to proof that, no one continent, no one country, no one component state, no one locality, no single family, no one male, no one female will ever be able to survive fine on its own without embracing the other in spite of the differences. It is when we do this heartily -- Love one another -- without prejudice that we can achieve the unimaginables in all ramifications. For what the black does not have is all that white has to offer and vis-à-vis.
Oh a piece of philosophy you got here, reminds me a bit about Hegel's dialectics, where apparent opposites merge to something more complex.
Strictly speaking, black and white are no colours at all though ;-)
Hmm...! Just learning about that concept. Would dig deep on it at my leisure. Many thanks for your brilliant comment @conceptskip 😉
What more friend, I hope you're good. Very philosophical your post. I liked. The issue of racism is very controversial. And I think if you're right, but as some writers say: You can not get racism towards you if you do not want it. I also have dark skin, I am mestizo, and sometimes I am treated in a racist manner, but that only hurts the person who issues the comments, not me.
It is clear that your post wants to show that there is no reason for racism to exist, but ignorance is daring.
I believe that the way to overcome racism is to educate those people who are victims, so that they understand that no one can offend them if they do not allow it, that is, mental work and self-esteem, personal growth.
It is difficult for me personally for someone to make me feel offended, because I know that when they treat me they just want to hurt me and I do not let them ignore them.
Greetings.
Wow! You have said it all.
Much love from afar brother! 😘
This post is one of the most filled with knowledge that I have seen recently @jodekss. Your deep analysis is absolutely marvellous. I especially spent a lot of time analysing and trying to understand quotes that you provided :)
Greetings, Jan
Ps. I noticed that I haven't following you yet. This mistake is obviously already fixed :)
Omg. This is one of the longests posts I've seen lately @jodekss
I guess you were inspired :)
I found it quite amusing that you took time to find all those quotes :)
Great piece of work buddy
Piotr
Hmmm @crypto.poitr, I was indeed inspired.
Thanks a lot. 😀
@jodekss
I couldn't understand this post much, is this post is talking about racism in the society?
The post is simply telling that we should encourage diversity in life as we live, it is in diversity there is beauty.
The colour BLACK alone is not good enough and the colour WHITE alone is not good. But the blend of both of them will present us with BEAUTY.
In order words, when someone from America meets with someone from China and they both meet up with someone from Ethiopia to do sonething, it is most likely they are successful in the end than when there is no way for diversity.
I wish I could paraphrase better @freecrypto
Honestly when it comes to #philosophy - I am the dumb student in the class (I think I mentioned it earlier too). Philosophy is something that takes you in deep. Honestly I never completed whole article when it comes to philosophy - it's not I don't like it. It's just hard for me to understand. Even I pass the short articles too.
But believe it or not I read this one completely. Even I was shocked when I completed the article and more shocking thing was that I never read this kind of big article earlier. So it's only one thing there that this article was something like next level that force me (good way) to read completely. Also it was in easy language (compare to I read earlier) & your examples made it more clear. Still as I said I am the dumb in the class so I don't want to further comment specifically on this topic. I might not able to explain things in the right way.
The quotes you mentioned each have deep meaning. Great job on finding this kind of good quotes.
I am very inspired by this & I will surely share with others too.
Great job my friend @jodekss.
😀😀😀...
You have done a great job already my dear friend. In spite of your aversion for Philosophy in a way, you still managed to read it all? You have done well...
And thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing. I really appreciate everything... 😍
@jodekss
This post simply knock off my brain as I could hardly out anything. I'm just too dumb when it comes to Philosophy and logic, I know.
😁😁😁... Seriously?
Seriously, thanks for your honesty. I appreciate that @ajangcrypto 😃
Yeah mate!
Very very very true. We all need each other and everyone count's.
Great writeups @jodekss
Thank you so much my dear friend @ogt for agreeing. ☺
Hello friend how are you, black is not a color, it is the absence of light and therefore of all colors, when it passes "white" light (which is the union of all colors) through a prism you can see the colors its different scales, that you also observe in the electromagnetic spectrum,
Darkness is the absence of light, darkness is "nothing", perhaps it is difficult to understand, with an example you can understand, suppose that today you have "nothing" to have lunch, "nothing" is something? Someone could tell you that if you have something to eat lunch because not having "nothing" is something?, Is the black, black is nothing, is the absence of light and therefore of all colors, that can take your analogies, more like "good and evil", but that aspect is more subjective, you could say that the "bad" is the absence of "good", but I repeat that subject if it is more subjective, the colors if they are something objective and that's why I told you that black is not a color. jejeej

Everything is everything we call everything because of convention.
A duster is called a duster because of conventional agreements on that.
This is all embedded in SIGN THEORY, The Signifier and The Signified.
Nothing is actually what we call it. We only call it what we call it for the sake of naming or category to avoid confusion.
Okay, you know black could have been called white and white could have been called black.
I understand everything you meant. Basically, my prolix theory is not the end in itself, but a means to an end -- THAT WE SHOULD ALL ENCOURAGE UNITY IN DIVERSITY, NOT ONLY IN WORDS OR IN THOUGHTS BUT IN ACTION as it is because I am, obviously that you are reading this this moment. We should recognise the sweetness in the power of unity in diversity as against the otherwise. This I emphasise in my conclusion there.
Once again, I love your brilliant comment. Much heart @hendersonp
This is a wonderful thought provoking piece that requires a lot of detail. You really poured out your knowledge on this one @jodekss.
Black and white is as real as it gets. Thanks for the enlightenment bro.
Thanks for your kind words @davonicera
I am highly appreciative.😃
