The Futility

The fin de siècle society in which we currently live in is one where up is down, right is left and good is bad. One of the major trends in our time has created a society which increasingly alienates a large percentage of the population. Consider the world at any time before the present. The lives of people have never been as good. Even the poorest of people (in countries which are stable, not at war or famine) have a lifestyle better than their ancestors. There is only one group of people who have remained separate from the rest of humanity - the Sentilese - who demonstrate those without "civilization".

While many civilizations in other areas ... central and eastern Asia, northern Africa, middle East, North and South America, those cultures rose to a certain level and stagnated. The "Western civilization" has been the first to inspire people to make major strides in sciences and socioeconomic which has elevated all people in societies.

It is disheartening to think that the successes that our ancestors who fought their way out of ignorance and poverty (speaking of European and British ancestory) and laid the foundations for all the current riches are dismisses as White Male Patriarchy and Imperialists.
