Philosophy Pirate Radio - False Idols
I decided to do some pirate radio tonight and had a philosophy discussion with the chat. The topic is all about false idols and what they really are from my perspective. We get into some metaphysics and political agenda, but there is some great discussion. I found the topic very interesting as it was a different perspective on something I've heard many times and never really considered in this way. Hopefully you guys like it and if so maybe I'll make more of these in the future.

Your show had a very Coast to Coast AM feel to it, your soothing voice was top notch :D I liked that you delved into money as a means to control, and how people want to control time itself by breaking it down into segments. My favorite part had to be where you compared Buddhism with Christianity, and how even if there is one Jesus Christ, that shouldn't mean that everyone else can't be him too! Thank you again for posting this, I had a lot of fun listening <3 <3 <3
You are on fire with this radio stuff, I will have to check this out tomorrow, I've been figuring out the false idols that don't even seem like idols lately. I think most of society favors false idols without realizing it
It's fun exploring a different medium than just writing about philosophy. I actually talk about why I would prefer to not write philosophy in this video lol. :)
So on Discord you can set up a live channel and capture it all for a youtube vid? How did you do this? :) I might start spending more time on Discord on my notebook .. through the phone its just too tiny to look at ...
I record through OBS. Discord just gives me a chatroom that works for this format. If I was live streaming a game or video capture I'm not sure if I would use Discord or not, but for these purposes it works well.
