Why Are We Always Tired? 💤

Why Are We Always Tired?

A major thing that makes us tired is change. In life, we control and manage a lot of things, apart from change. Change is inevitable. The world is not constant. Everyone will end up facing change at one point or another. Actively having to deal with this change is tiring, some more than others. There can be small changes like buying a new pillow case - or big changes, like moving house.

Most humans are scared of change. Think back to when you went to school. Transitioning from primary to secondary was a massive leap. A more memorable change may be going from university into the industry. Working for the first time, long 9-5 hours was a massive change. You cannot overcome change. You must not battle it, that is what tires us out. We should embrace change.

I do not get why we try to stop change so much. Almost no one wants to die young, but they also don't want to grow older. We want to stay in this unsustainable, unreal bubble of consistency. We have to pop this bubble as a wake-up call reminding us that change is real and we can't live in the imaginary.

Accepting Change

If we look at it from a different perspective and say, "Would you fight the natural flow of life?" Many people would say, "No! Of course not!" However, fighting change is doing exactly that. Why would you want to live the same, mundane life every day? Don't you want to change? Battling change burns a lot of energy; energy we could be using on more productive things.

Change is everywhere. We cannot escape it. The quicker we accept it, the quicker we will be less tired and do more with our lives. We need to accept change and start revolutionising the world instead of finding ways to avoid the inevitable. Change can bring out a much better you that you never knew existed.

People prefer safety , work they know , friends they know . I changed many things in my life but I understand why people are afraid of change . Change can be stressful , so people don't change :(
