Such a great write @escuetapamela. Unhappiness does exist as long as we believe so. It is not something that is predetermined as many tend to believe rather a matter of social conditioning.

I like it! I agree with you, unhappiness exists because we believe in its existence.
Instead of thinking about negative thoughts, why not focus on the positive ones, right? :)
