Face masks are one tool utilized for preventing the spread of disease. Face masks are loose-fitting masks that cover the nose and mouth, and have ear loops or ties or bands at the back of the head. There are many different brands and they come in different colors. It protects us from germs and prevents us from contacting the virus.

However, because face masks lacks fashion sense, a Filipino designer by the name of Jayson Nacar Potencion decided to use the traditional cloth originally used by our Igorot folks from the highlands of Benguet & the Mountain Province to showcase this unique Filipino fabric.
