I'm not quite ready to do my own #introduce-yourself post yet , but I think this format could be a useful alternative/additional formal standard to bring to steem - especially with so many privacy and encryption conscious people around!

Everybody can vouch for each other, verifying identity via existing data channels (like @fyrstikken below) or in person/meetups/signing parties (like @krystle below).

We have an amazing system for reputation and trust building here, lets do it right!

Okay so maybe I wasn't the first but it's still a good idea to start the trend. Private communications are useful to have over Steemit.
