Are you growing as a person?
Often times we find ourselves feeling stagnant in our daily routine, even if we tend to modify it a bit to attempt to prevent that. Short of extreme and immediate changes, keeping things fresh all of the time just simply isn't viable. In the times where you feel like you're growing a bit stagnant, do you ever think to grow your inner self?
The inner self can always use improvement and if you aren't looking at yourself from the outside time and again, you're not doing your due diligence to yourself as a person, to grow. Growth happens by design, in nature, and to resist it is purely ignorance. Growth happens because change is the only constant in a chaotic universe. Nothing is certain, but some things can be measured consistently over time. What we observe with everything in the universe as well as the universe itself, is that everything is expanding. Space and time as we know it, are growing. The universe is and always has been, expanding. Why not your mind and soul as well?
