Seems like the buy-sell spread is pretty wide on OpenLedger. Where is the most liquid place to buy and sell PPY?

Sorry for the dumb comment, but I'm a total BTS noob. How exactly do you actually get your Open.PPY into your true PPY account, and is it possible to make a PPY account before you actually have any PPY? i.e. isn't there a transaction fee just for creating an account?
You can withdraw to your core wallet....as for account creation, asking the pros in the PeerPlays telegram would be a good idea. I've only done it when claiming an ICO balance, so I don't want to lead you astray.
