All I want was a banana
The most favorite food that kids always love to eat it is banana. Have a look at this funny moment image above I found about banana kids really do silly things like that for a banana.
Ok now let me tell your something serious here. Banana has a variety of vitamins and minerals in it which are really important for any human body. I will list a few of them asunder.
• Vitamin B6 - 0.5 mg
• Manganese - 0.3 mg
• Vitamin C - 9 mg
• Potassium - 450 mg
• Dietary Fiber - 3g
• Protein - 1 g
• Magnesium - 34 mg
• Folate - 25.0 mcg
• Riboflavin - 0.1 mg
• Niacin - 0.8 mg
• Vitamin A - 81 IU
• Iron - 0.3 mg
We can make sure we use banana in everyday diet like at breakfast we can add into a bowl of cereal. Can eat as a dessert after lunch or dinner. Also, can make a variety of puddings out of it.
