Become A Victim Of False Account Down voting?
Constructive and valid account down voting and commenting I whole heartedly agree and welcome.
But the last month some user with false account accreditation, has begun to down vote all new tracks repeatedly?
They are using fake spam account names with a - 10 down vote,
I found the down voter in question is using multiple accounts claiming in their profile to have 0 blog posts yet 143 followers and a steem power amount under their belt, yet if they have not posted how can they have a score of any significance like that clearly dictating I am the victim of a troll or spammer.
Just wondering if there is a way to block invalid accounts only to prevent this type of down vote abuse?
Any advice would be advantageous.

Thanks it may not be isolated as a case file, but it may be unawares either a past chat taken out of some kind of context although to the best of my knowledge I have never been negative nor funny with anyone here.
Never will regardless of their message or voting methods as they are welcome to express them selves as they see fit.
But if its say a Dsound user for instance they may see it advantageous to false down vote in mass t osecure votes that are positively advancing their works over others via cheating the systems loop hole. Who knows?
Interesting was checking using down vote detector which gave sudonyms well false handles or nicknames that fall similarish in naming, so slapped a name of a spam account name taken from the down vote detector into Google translate and found the language conversion stated the name was in zulu language basically an African dialect therefore best guess so far is it is an African user making false accounts which was pretty cool.
