Exam pressure...😕

Hello friends how are you guys..

So friends today i am gona talk about the exam pressure and i am 100% sure that almost everyone would have gone through this pressure.

The reason for this pressure can be many it might be due to lack of preparation or even lack of confidence or it can just be the fear to fail which over all leads us in pressure.

Many of us just take this pressure lightly and they are the one who are easily abel to tackle there pressure but there are also people those who can handle there fear and then end up thinking much and get landed into depression or something.

In my life what i follow is if i can do something about a situation then i simply do it without even worrying about it and if some situations are not under my control and i can't do anything about it then guys why to take tension about as that situation is not meant to handle by you so just relax.

No matter if it is a exam pressure or some other kind of pressure always try to evaluate things and sit quietly and find the solution and then work according to it and that's when you sit quietly and think and then pressure tends to release and you are in a better position to tackle that pressure.
