Zomato Gold Wins
Been a member of Zomato Gold for almost two months. Every dine out feels like I am cheating on life because of their BOGO deals!
For a measly Php400, "worth it" is a complete understatement.
Here are my top wins so far:
TOP 3 Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen
My teammates and I decided to dine out at Mama Lou's at Ayala the 30th.
- Spinach & Goat's Cheese Pizza (Php325)
- Quattro Formaggi Pizza (Php325)
- Lucio's Truffle Pasta (~Php350)
- Spaghetti Seafood Olio (Php335).
We were supposed to pay around Php1,400 but ended up paying a little below Php800. That's an instant Php600 voucher!
TOP 2 Barcino
Also with two of my teammates and still at Ayala the 30th, we had dinner at Barcino.
- Paella de Rabo de Toro/Stewed Ox Tail (~Php800)
- Gambas al Ajillo/Shrimp in Spicy Garlic Olive Oil (Php790)
- Pulpo Braseado con Crema de Patata/Octopus with Potato Cream (Php795)
- Lengua Estofada con Patatas/Ox Tail Tongue and Fried Potatoes (Php650)
All these paired well with our pitcher of Barcino's Sangria Tinto (Php920)
Totaling almost Php4,000, we just paid a little more than half. Such a steal!
TOP 1 Nikkei
And finally, the biggest cheat in my dine out history–Nikkei! To make it extra special, I had this with my SO.
We are fans of Mike Chen, aka Youtube's Strictly Dumpling, and always binge watch his videos. His channel is also the only place I can pretend to eat expensive, high quality, melts-in-your-mouth, beef!
Last week, we had dinner at Nikkei and decided to give their Kobe a try. We were getting a BOGO deal all thanks to Zomato Gold.
- Torched Aburi Roll (Php350)
- Kobe (Php1,295) – we had separate orders so that's times two!
The Kobe came with wasabi mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes and blueberry sauce.
I was happy with the beef alone. Haha!
Total bill would've been Php3,000 but we only paid Php1,793 all thanks to Zomato Gold.

I am excited for the months to come!!! Looking forward to more partner restaurants and more dine out hacks this 1-year membership has to offer!
