ABSTINENCE:- THE ONLY REMEDY FOR SEXUAL IMMORTALITY. MY GOLDENCENSERCHALLENGE #24
1 Thessalonians 4:3-4
3.It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality;
4.that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable.
Before i continue let's look at what holiness is;
Holiness is the state or condition of being holy.
It is God's will that we should be holy, the Bible made us understand that without holiness we can't see God.
Beloved to be free from the guilt of sexual immorality ABSTINENCE is the best.
You can't be committing adultery or fornication and you feel God can dwell in you or still use you, its a big lie.
You know, it breaks my heart so much with so much pains that how married men are unsatisfied with their beautiful wives at home, they want to explore new bodies, and some single ladies stupidly allows themselves to be use as the tool for the Devil to use.
One daily prayer i tell God everyday is that may i not be too available for the devil, least he uses me as a tool to promote his kingdom. When you commit sexual immorality you promote the kingdom of the devil.
Self control is the key.
Verses 4 says learn to control your body, that means one should deliberately put the body under subjection. Consciously kill the appetite of Sexual immorality.
Do not feed the flesh any longer, starve it.
I have heard so many young People saying they can't stay without having a sex a day, hmmm it's bad, really bad. You have to consciously, deliberately and purposefully kill that hunger of SEX
Sexual immorality can also be kissing, masturbation, lesbianism, homosexuality, incense, sleeping with Animals, having artificial Male organ to satisfy yourself etc.
All sort of things that defile the body stay clear from it.
Beloved immorality kills spiritual faster than anything.
Say No to it.
