Gutes Essen
Heiße kebabs kenne ich nicht, Shaslick schon und das habe ich immer gerne gegessen.
In Niederländische Imbisse gibt es die auch. Früher gab es nur Pommes mit Frikandel oder Kroket und als Soße Mayonnaise oder Ketchup. Jetzt gibt es dort alles was man in Öl braten kann.
Nicht immer schmeckt das großartig. Shaslicks sind schnell verbrannt vorallem die Zwiebeln und Paprika. So ein verbranntes Exemplar hat man mir schon mal angedreht für 5 euro. Das habe ich nicht akzeptiert. Das zweite Exemplar sah übrigens nicht viel besser aus.
Seitdem habe ich kaum noch Shaslick gegessen Satéh schon. Das is auch Fleisch an einem Spieß. Ganz einfach zu machen mit sojasoße, Kräuter und dann... Erdnusssoße darüber (auch hausgemacht).
Vielleich soll ich das mal wieder machen, dann ohne Spieß, damit kann man sowieso nichts anfangen. Ein BBQ habe ich übrigens nicht, mein Backofen hat auch keinen Grill aber Bratpfanne oder Wok geht auch.
Das beste Essen, woran ich noch immer sehr gute Erinnerungen habe, sind für mich noch immer Reisgerichte. Ich liebe Reis egal nur gekocht oder heiß.
Die Fotos stammen von mir. Was dunkler ist war heiß, unheimlich lecker. Solches Essen vermisse ich sehr.

Ich liebe Schaschlik-Spieße, die gab es in meiner Kindheit bei jedem Grillen. Schön mit Zwiebeln zwischen den Fleischstücken ... Und dann Reis dazu ... jammi!
Bei uns auch und satéh, habedas gefühl es wird weniger gegessen. Pizza, Bratwurst und Hambuger sind wohl einfacher als Zwwiebeln schneiden.
