Burning Steem is a foreign concept- one that I'm starting to understand. It's actually a pretty simple and intriguing concept. It is essential for the economics of the blockchain & the burning of Steem should be more prevalent!

How Do I Burn Steem?
Anyone can do it & it’s so simple! There are a number of ways of do it, too! Here are a few:
Send to @null! Any amount that is sent to this account is burned!
Set beneficiary to @null! When you make a post, a percentage of your author rewards will be burned. Easily do this by using steempeak.com.
Use Steempeak.com to set your reward option to burn. 100% of your author rewards will be burned!
Upvote @burnpost! The author rewards will be sent to @null and you will still receive your curation rewards. Personally, I have a 100% auto-vote via steemauto.com. This is the easiest & totally free way to burn some Steem!
