Chibi Making Practice - Head

Hey guys! I would just like to share with you my Chibi drawing.

I was watching a chibi tutorial yesterday and I decided to give it a try. However, I can only do the head for now. I'll be watching again the next tutorial on how to make the whole process.

Shout out to Miss Leidan, the Chibi Master of Obra Pinas. She is the one who shared us her video tutorials.

App used: Autodesk Sketchbook

The process:

1. Using the Symmetry tool, it is much easier to make a chibi when it faces in front. Whatever you draw in the left or the right side of the chibi, the other side automatically do the same thing.

2. Drew a hair, choose any color from dark to lightest and used the tool as shown.

3. Smudged all the hair colors in up and downward directions by using the smudge brush as shown.

4. Put some highlights on her hair to make it look shiny.

_5. Drew the eyes, nose and lips.

6. Colored the skin and put a skin shadow.
