What is the LEAF Fellowship Program?

The LEAF Fellowship Program is a cornerstone initiative at TCI, offering paid employment and immersive professional development. Fellows work within specific departments, gaining profound insights into the multifaceted operations of a non-profit organization.

The Spring 2024 cohort is seeking fellows passionate about Youth Engagement, Marketing and Communications, and Programs. This unique focus allows participants to delve deeply into these areas while gaining exposure to the broader spectrum of TCI’s operations.

Who Can Apply?

For the Spring 2024 cohort, the LEAF Fellowship is open exclusively to U.S. applicants. However, TCI encourages international candidates to apply to their Ambassador program and remain vigilant for future international opportunities as the organization’s mission expands.

Equity and Justice at the Core

TCI recognizes that climate change is inseparable from issues of equity and justice, disproportionately impacting marginalized communities.
