There are signs of abuse by multiple accounts, something that has been detected for some time. In this post, I thought I had found a detail, but @sergeyk clarified it.

Normally, this user shouldn't receive votes from any account in the community, since they are trying to abuse their curator role by offering a featured position; however, the Sc01 vote is because the user was named among the winners of the challenge.
