ONO Weekly Update: May 14-18

Hello everyone,

As of May 18, 2018 the ONO dApp Adventurer Edition has 210,072 registered users.

In the Adventurer Edition of the ONO dApp, there may be some bugs or lack of basic functions, however, as an Adventurer, you will not forget that the ONO Social Network is growing together with you.

1.1 This Week’s Product and R&D Progress:

On the evening of May 17th, the ONO official website released the Android V1.4 download of the ONO dApp and the next day the iOS V1.4 was avalaible. V1.4 mainly increases the identity authentication function, comment screening function, and optimizes the display of personal homepages and personal stories.

The ONO official website supports quick login via QR code, and supports the long text editing function after login. The R&D was completed and entered the testing phase.

The long text is displayed on the ONO client and is marked as such. The R&D was completed and entered the testing phase.

The ONO social network has now added content labels to allow more appropriate labels to be added when long text is published on the client. 1.2 Bugs Tracked and Fixed This Week

[Android] Bug that the users’ ONOT balance is 0 and an abolish operation error is executed

[Android] repair bug of user nickname can be set repeatedly

[Android] Fixed a logic defect in post forwarding

[iOS] When repairing the ONOT balance of the user to 0, the bug of performing an aversive operation error is executed;

[iOS] repair bug of personal homepage information is not updated

[iOS] fixes the comment post and it’s not even a bug

[iOS] fix bug details page crash

[Server] fix comment sort logic.
1.3 Next Week Product Iteration Plan

This week we entered the research and development, product design and UI design is completed, the requirements include:

The new layout of the homepage, according to the subscription, popular, latest display, and distinguishing between long text and short stories

Increase the secondary pages of the content labeling boards to make the content more display-rich;

Support long text editing and save draft functions on the client

Increase the sharing function to external sites (WeChat friends, circle of friends, QQ friends, QQ space), allowing users to share stories or long texts

The notification function is refined and differentiated: comments, likes, forwards, dislikes, mentions, concerns

Supports the publishing of content and then editing, modifying, and recording functions

ONOT rewards for sharing friends’ content.

2 Market Progress

2.1 Basic Operation

As of May 18, ONO dApp Adventurer Edition has completed the registration of 210,072 Keynote Partners. The first batch of 300,000 Partners will be filled within the beta version, and we will jointly lay a solid foundation for the prosperity of the ONO social network.

The first round of the Super Partners Roundtable will be held on May 27th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Beijing, China. So far, 15 Super Partners have been confirmed. The meeting will further discuss the Super Partners’ operating mechanism and specific responsibilities and rights. They will jointly talk about ONO’s ecosystem growth and prosperity.

2.2 Market Dynamics

On Saturday, Xu Ke attended the first Global Blockchain Leaders Summit co-hosted by the North American Blockchain Association and the Russian Parliament Blockchain Committee. She acted as the host of the Roundtable along with Zhou Yin, the co-founder of Silverlink Technology, and Bit Continental. Several excellent blockchain practitioners like CMO Jiang Zhihua also took part in the Summit.
2.3 Market Activities

This Friday, Xu Ke went to Seoul, South Korea. She participated in the event organized by Korean EOS BP Candidate EOSYS. Xu Ke brought eosONO’s collaborative spirit to Korean blockchain practitioners and fans, and communicated with 18 global EOS BP candidates.

This week, Maggie Chow, CMO of ONO has been invited to Shanghai to participate in the “Consensus Eco-Lighting” Summit organized by EOS Gravity on Saturday. They will discuss EOS topics and BP candidates from various countries and regions.
