Cannot come fast enough. Minnows need a new chance on a new platform asap.
The exact date has not been set but we are told that it is end of month/ beginning of June.
I like the plan to be able to ghost robots and spammers, and multiple people doing that will affect those accounts. At least there's some thought going into what to do about those situations. (Wish there was something like this available on Steemit.)
I wonder, though, if that could also be abused (of course it can) by rings of people holding multiple accounts, to ghost someone they're at war with.
Super Partners will be the ones doing the cleaning and ensuring that robot accounts, spammers and scammers are dealt with. Super Partners are voted in or out by the community, so that ensures that they are not corrupt.
