Maybe so, maybe no on first world problems. That's a drastic drop in level or is that a normal cycle for your lake? I know some do have a wide range of 'normal', but wasn't sure if this was one of them.

No not normal for us at all. I know many of the "lakes" down South that were created by damming rivers have huge fluctuations, but our lake is glacial and not man made.

Will have to hope for some good rains this fall and some decent snow melt for next spring to replenish.
