Bad Mood?

A long comment left behind

Anyone who doesn’t read the comments and is only here to quickly post something and see how much they’ve earned this time doesn’t realise what’s going on on this platform, and perhaps that’s a blessing. After all, as the saying goes: what you don’t know won’t hurt you. Or is it: ‘Blessed are the poor in spirit’?

Steemit is by far not a place with only shiny days.
The person who left the following message is certainly poor in spirit, and by ‘poor in spirit’ I mean a low IQ and also a low SQ. Because of people like this, I do not believe in god, whatever name He may go by, and certainly not in heaven. If it is the case that people like this sincerely believe they will go to Heaven, then I’ll choose hell. What a sickening lot of people there are in this world, and what is wrong with you if you invest the time and energy to leave messages, such sickening message, for people you don’t even know? I cannot imagine that any God, or Allah, would approve of this; only people do such things, only people are so full of hatred. The fact that writing such messages is indicative of a low IQ is also evident from the idiotic spelling mistakes made, quite apart from the way the threats are conveyed, and these are indeed threats.

What I find even more sickening is that absolutely no one here is saying anything about it and that this is actually being supported. And this isn’t the first time.
A religion of peace? Is religion really that loving? I don’t believe a word of it; time and again I read the evidence here of criminals, murderers and lowlifes who, whilst committing these acts, hide behind a monitor or a so-called God. No God whatsoever condones this behaviour, and no, you cannot claim that you’re doing God’s work or that you have a low IQ; nor will it certainly help to express regret in the final minutes before your death. When it comes to regret, I don’t believe in it, and apologising doesn’t change a thing either. The damage has already been done by then.
In any case, this is a fine example of why there will never be peace on earth, and why it is pointless to pray for it.

Lack of skills or lack of faith?

Anyone who is so insecure in their faith, and this person certainly is; otherwise they wouldn’t get so worked up and feel the need to threaten complete strangers – would be better off taking a long, hard look at themselves and reading the Qur’an from cover to cover. Of course, to do that you’d need to be able to read, and read with understanding, something that’s probably too much to ask, because there’s not much you can do with a low IQ. It’s a shame and also deeply sad, because IQ is largely determined by upbringing. There’s clearly a serious lack of that, not only in the author of this piece but also in many people on this platform.

I also find it deeply sad that there are three followers of this keyboard warrior who doesn’t have the guts to show his face. One of them is surprisingly enough steemitblog.

All you need to do is using the MUTE option for these posts and the person. Steemit is a platform without boundaries where everyone who abides by the rules is welcome. Politics, religion and the dissemination of hate speech have no place here.

Show some love or at least respect. For sure you do not want that boomerang effecting you.

It sounds that many need a break. Take a long vacation to ask yourself: Why am I on Steemit, why is it I waste my time and energy insulting totally strangers. Ask yourself if you aren't the product of a manipulator's playbook yourself... And if that doesn't help visit a café and drink yourself into a stupor or to death, because the world you envisage is nothing more than a figment of your imagination, one that the majority do not believe in out of genuine conviction, but out of fear and as a result of threats. There is no Allah who wants this sort of insincere, hypocritical followers.
