RE: Markdowns

in ᔕᑕᗷ ᗰOᑎKEY ᗷᑌᔕIᑎEᔕᔕ2 years ago (edited)

To be fair I never used them. I am a phone user so what I type and see looks good. It was about 7 months ago someone told me about justifying my text. I hate it. I hated it from the very first day. What I see on my phone is disturbing and texts are hard to read.

What I also do not understand is why if this is so important Steemit of apps we use not automatically make text look good.
I have to type every code and check what it looks like or how I think it might look like and if that wouldn't be the case it would save me at least 7 hours per day.
Seven hours, yes you read it right to edit, check, switch screens, and more nonsense asked, and in return I see text hard to read.

If a book was printed in the way I see it on my phone I would never read it again.

By the way: good content has nothing to do with markdowns.
Good is the text that generates a feeling within the reader.

As far as I know, Steemit had always a list with markdowns if it came to writing bold text, cursive, and the "sub".. this option is removed recently. What is left it the template.
I once looked at it and had no idea what to do. It looked complicated.

I have the "codes" so I will do it my way. I don't like all those entries looking the same. To me, markdowns spoil poetry and kill creative writing.
