###Atlantic ocean

The Atlantic Ocean is the second-largest ocean on Earth, covering about 41 million square miles (106 million square kilometers). It separates the continents of North America and South America to the west from Europe and Africa to the east. The ocean is bounded by the Arctic Ocean to the north and the Southern Ocean to the south.
