What are some examples of mind content?

It depends on what you are willing to think about. For me, it all has an element of mind in it as I spend a fair bit of time in observation and reflection.

What are some specific stuff we can do to reach the next level of our game?

Turn off the TV, stop gaming, reading , moving and wake up and realise that the ego we protect holds us back from understanding.

I do not think that evil exists as a challenge, as I do not think it exists. Again, this is ego applying meaning of right and wrong to protect itself.
