Questioning while reading through where I may have been embodying some of those traits myself - rather than looking outward for examples to pin those definitions of "toxic" on, consider the reflections that may be there. Sometimes such reflection feels to lead to questioning sanity... yet somehow serving to break down aspects of ego still active that'd blind me to such shadows within myself.

I think this is often what people should do, especially when considering the behaviors they don't like. As I see it, the fastest way to discover flaws is to see what one doesn't like to see in others - and then recognize the reflection :)
