OCD DAILY - Issue #97
Issue #97 highlights content from ten (10) fantastic Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team on its journey continues to search tirelessly throughout Steemit for undervalued gems as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators, under our steadfast leader, @acidyo, have delivered ten incredible pieces of original content to share with you! These works as provided by newer Steemit users don’t have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to provide that audience and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in tremendous effort to create flourishing content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
Steemit is full of profesional artists, website developers, entrepreneurs etc. This time, our Top post comes from the mind of @beekart, a profesional illustrator working in the gaming industry, how cool is that? Well, @gmuxx stumbled upon this great post where the artist shows the whole creating process, from a simple sketch to the final piece. For me, this post is amazing because I am a huge nerd for fantasy and science fiction stuff. Click below to immerse in his fantasy world.
I´ve never done scuba diving with sharks sharks, but I can tell you that scuba diving is one of the most amazing experiences in life. That is why I am very jealous - the good one - of @fiftysixnorth and his experience in the Maldives. On this post, curated by @elteamgordo, we can re-live with him this amazing encounter with these fellas, he managed to take some pictures with the underwater camera, but that´s not it! He even brings a video to the table! Well... to the platform. Click below to submerge with him.
The Phillipines, one of South East Asia´s most beautiful countries, home of @junvebbei is featured in this post found by @anomadsoul. This time, the author visits Cebu, more specifically, the Camotes Island. To join this journey with amazing pictures and thorough descriptions, click the link below.
This is not a dollhouse, this is a masterpiece created by @wolfje, in here you can see the whole process, well, the second phase of the process, of building this little wooden house from scratch. But not only the step by step picture is what you will fin here, you will also read the reasons why this Steemian decided to start this craft. You can thank @m31 for bringing us this unique, yet creative post.
We´ve all been to concerts and had a blast! But we are always on the audience side of the scene - unless you are a rockstar and haven´t told us - so, stage diving is something we can only imagine in our mind, not in real life, except for @gabchik. On this post she will tell you her experience when she got brave and... well, you can find out by yourself and, after that, perhaps you can follow @jeanpi1908 to find more undiscovered gems like the one @gabchik brings us today.
A cultured and educated population makes a country hard to control, because by having an opinion, people are independent. @nonfaciesfurtum analyzes from a very unique point of view from the social, economic and political stance, the dynamics in today´s society and why our minds are the most valuable asset for the people running the country. @guyfawkes4-20 always finds posts like this one, but today, he excelled.
Colaborations on Steemit are always awesome, not just because they join like-minded Steemians but also because we get to see the final work between them, which let´s face it, it is usually amazing. This time @sunravelme made such an astounding post that @saywha couldn´t help but to nominate it. This drawing + poetry is something you don´t see every day, so don´t miss your chance and click the link below.
Germany is one of the European countries with more history, not just because of the cities but also because of its Castles. @lundsten knows every corner of the city of Dusseldorf, but there is one part he hasn´t met yet, the pink Castle. Discovered by @ma1neevent, this post will take us on a small tour around the area.
Every writer knows that inspiration can come at any time of the day and @monkeygentle is no exception. Curated by @mk40, this spontaneous poem was written in just a few minutes; you have to grasp the moment when you can print your thoughts in paper. This time, the final work is a deep piece of work. Click below to read it.
The story @howtostartablog found by the look seems part of a post series written by @perennial. Mixing the the third person narrative with a bit of theathric style, this love - and other affairs - piece will leave you with two thoughts: I have to follow the author and where is part #8? I coulnd´t find part #6 but hey, let´s hope this writer decides to share it with us!
Thanks for stopping by as this concludes today’s OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the authors nominated as well as those featured.
Hopefully, you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from the pieces as provided by the @ocd curators.
The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a posting but only some can create/build value.
Be sure to check for tomorrow’s edition of OCD Daily!
