The United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chief has proposed to abolish the 'net neutrality' law issued to ensure free and equal access to the Internet.

If the proposal is passed, then the country's telecom companies and internet service providers will regain the ability to monitor and control the content on the Internet.

In 2015, the Obama administration was issuing the breakthrough this law. On Tuesday, the new chief of the FCC Ajit Pai released the offer to return to the previous state.

The proposal is seen as a major win for US telecom companies. Without the 'net neutrality', these companies and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) can claim extra money from customers for high quality streaming and other services. They will be able to 'slow' any site, app or service they prefer. Again, you can turn on the 'Fast Lane' facility for the preferred institution or your content.

Possible new steps for trump administration are seen as a major intervention in consumer rights.

In January, US President Donald Trump appointed Ajit Pike as FCC chief. Two more Republican members are in the commission with Pi. The other two Democrats. With the majority of votes, it is expected that his proposal will be passed on December 14.

Large companies offering phone and computer internet services were fighting against 'net neutrality'. And big companies like Google and Facebook were on this side because they think that if there is no net neutrality, then big telecom companies and ISPs will play a role as 'gatekeeper' on the Internet.

It is, however, assumed that if the law is terminated, then the smallest online companies will be the most affected. Because telecom companies may want more money for convenient service. Although big companies can spend a lot of money to ensure that facility for their site, it will not be possible for smaller companies.

It said the Obama administration's decision was wrong, "It lowered the investment in building broadband networks and infused innovation."

"According to my proposal, the federal government will stop micromanaging the Internet. Instead, FCC will only see if Internet Service Providers are transparent about their work, so that customers can buy the best service for them. "

Pie's proposal has to say that Internet service providers have to disclose whether to give money for specific content and whether the internet should be given the so-called 'Fast Leane' facility or if there is any barrier to the web access of the web or internet speed. The Federal Trade Commission of the United States (FTC) will be able to tell if they believe that they have violated any 'anti-competitive' or antitrust policy.

The current policy prevents broadband providers to do something to block consumer access to content on the Internet, reduce Internet speed, or pay extra for specific content. This policy is aimed at ending the prevalence of broadband providers in their own content, creating free internet and free environment and giving equal access to web content to everyone.

This policy was opposed by large telecoms and Internet service providers like AT & T, Comcast and Verizon. They demanded that the revocation of this policy could lead to the investment of billions of dollars in the broadband infrastructure.

On the other hand, Google Web site Google Alfabet, owner of Google Giant and the world's largest social media, called Facebook to cancel the policy. The video streaming service provider Netflix also opposes this move to 'remove key security' policies.

During Obama administration, FCC chief Tom Wheeler supported the formation of Net Neutrality Policy. He described this policy as "shameful and deceitful." Even "this move has reached new heights of hypocrisy for the leadership of this FCCR."

In 2016, the US Court of Appeals lifted the legitimacy of the Net Neutrality Policy. The court took this step after filing a lawsuit against American telecommunications company organization USA Telecom. This organization has welcomed the move to "move the broadband network sector, increase the range and open the road to development," the policy to remove the "obsolete and obstructive" policy.

Nancy Pelosi, a prominent member of the Democratic Party of the US House of Representatives, said that the FCC move will be against consumer interest
