Hello! Today I want to show you my second entry for the Art-Venture Traditional Art Contest - "Save the bears! "
Theme on this week is “Climate change”

I drawed polar bear, that "melting" due to climate change.
But in the reality, if the glaciers will melt, the polar bear will not turn into a brown bear or a grizzly- this species will disappear from the our planet.

Several reasons extinction polar bears:

• Continuing global warming and rapidly declining ice cover in the Arctic Ocean. For a polar bear, ice is a necessary condition for existence, since only on ice can it get its main food - seals.
• Pollution of the Arctic natural environment. Marine waters and coastal ecosystems are polluted by pesticides, fuel combustion products, heavy metals, oil, etc.
• Poaching. In bears, a slow number of breeding and hunting for this beast threatens with a sharp reduction in the population.
  It is necessary to completely ban from hunting for bears, because at now this hunted allowed to a certain extent in many countries.
  

We should give a thought and do everything necessary to improve the lives of these animals, because today we can still to save polar bears!
