Tripping

Painting I made in 2014. Background took a while mixing acrylics and water. Sometimes they fail when dry and have to start over...

It is a long time ago I experimented with those backgrounds.

Acrylics, fineliner size 30 x 40 cm

Sold the original few years ago

Beautiful color blending. I like the little cute character. It fit into the background magically.

Thank you

I really like this one, Sander :) The texturing on the background is so cool and artistic and it really forms a great offset for the character as he is, in contrast, boasting flat colours on his little body :) Great expression on his little face too, he really DOES look like he's tripping XD

Thank you very much @veryspider!

I love seeing your little beings as if they were 'caught' in an abstract painting. Good colours too! @sanderjansenart

Thank you very much @donnadavisart!
