Is Potcoin Crashing Because Of Dennis Rodman Endorsement?

I remember watching Dennis Rodman when I was a kid, mostly when he played for the Chicago Bulls throughout the championship seasons with Michael Jordan. We used to laugh at the opposing teams offense because they were clueless as to how he always ended up with the ball. He was one of the best defensive players I have ever seen.

Rodman recently took a trip to North Korea which was paid for by Potcoin. The Mary jane cryptocurrency seen a huge spike in value allegedly related to the Potcoin endorsement and trip to NK. Potcoin did have a huge spike in value followed by a slow decline. Was this a Guerilla Marketing tactic to attract investors and spike the value of the cryptocurrency or was it an attempt to help restore relations between the United States and north Korea as the video implicates?

I am puzzled about Potcoin because they provide banking for the marijuana dispensaries. I have a friend that can provide business loans to the marijuana industry, but the business must have banking to borrow. Currently only three U.S. states provide banking for the marijuana industry mostly because of state legislation. I am wondering how they will get around this legislation and also wondering how they will get around the hefty fees associated with those accounts. Does this coin have the ability to successfully scale world-wide finance for dispensaries or will it go bust? Can this coin be successful?
