I do not agree with @naganoo on many things, but I think what is going on here is a witchhunt. a blockchain version of the middle age "malleus malificarum".

That is a lot of accounts owned by one user. How is this possible and fair for other users on this platform. I can't see how having this many accounts controlled by the one user could be a positive thing.
it's not but when your account gets trashed you can just make more and willy on your way.
