Yes, I know that you can't buy alcohol in stores in Pakistan. Recently, I met a guy from Pakistan, from the city of Peshawar. He stayed in my city for about eight months and told me a lot about Pakistan. He even invited me to visit him sometime. I told him that after hearing his stories, I was a bit scared to go to Pakistan. To which he replied, "Don't worry, if you come, armed soldiers will protect you. They will follow us everywhere." And I said that now I wasn't as scared. I think maybe one day I'll visit him if I have the free time and, most importantly, extra money.
The meat packaging has Urdu words and champagne is banned in Pakistani supermarkets. 😀

We have a lot of foreigners visiting northern areas. It's worth visiting. And there are no security issues at least not as much as hyped by media. 🙂
