This guys have no phones not internet, how in this world will they know what the blockchain is and have a crypto wallet?

You know about blockchain. You have access. You are there. You know the people. You create the vehicle as an honest and fair person. You make it happen on a larger scale for them and make sure that you maintain yourself so you can continue to help others. The solutions are with the people.
Possible. There are ways to show your rep. You are already have been here for long and you have been proven to an extent but just if not, you can look for a more reputable person and partner-up. People who have been known to do stuff like this. They give you a trial and you handle it. or you can plan it up with a strategy that stands out and make it work. Just sleep on it till something pops up! Under #steemgigs for instance, a steemit.com library was just recently built, without stepping out of the house. A bounty was placed within a steemgigs post and someone took it up. Just an example of strategy. Will think up something!
